Our Projects: Overview
At Amruteshwari Go-Seva and Research Foundation, our projects are more than just initiatives—they are a call to return to nature, protect our heritage, and embrace a sustainable way of life.
Rooted in the ancient practices of Go-Seva (cow protection) and Bhu-Seva (natural farming), each project is carefully designed to address the challenges of modern agriculture and food quality while supporting community health and environmental harmony.
Our projects integrate traditional knowledge with innovative approaches, creating a sustainable model that benefits both people and the planet.
From nurturing indigenous cow breeds to restoring soil health, promoting chemical-free agriculture, and empowering communities, every project is a step towards a healthier, balanced future.
Explore our efforts below and see how you can be a part of this meaningful journey.

Integrated Go-Seva and Bhu-Seva Project
The Integrated Go-Seva and Bhu-Seva Project is at the heart of our mission to create a self-sustaining, zero-waste ecosystem that honors the ancient bond between cows and farming.
By nurturing indigenous cows and using their by-products in organic farming, we achieve a cycle where both the land and animals thrive, producing healthier food and enriching the environment.
- Goshala (Cow Shelter) Maintenance: We operate a goshala that houses 50+ indigenous Indian cows. These cows are nurtured for their milk, which contains the highly beneficial A2 protein, as well as for their manure, which we use as a natural fertilizer on our farms.
- Natural Fertilizer Production: Cow dung and urine are processed to create a variety of organic fertilizers and growth tonics, such as panchakavya and amutha karaisal. These enhance soil quality without introducing chemicals, boosting crop health and yield.
- Zero-Waste Approach: Every by-product of the goshala, including cow dung cakes and organic pesticides, is either used on our farms or offered to the local community, minimizing waste and enhancing productivity.
-
- Improved soil health and biodiversity on 40+ acres of farmland.
- Healthier produce cultivated without chemicals, providing local communities with safe, natural food options.
- Preservation and protection of traditional Indian cow breeds, which are essential to sustaining organic farming practices.
-
Research and Development on Indigenous Cows
At Amruteshwari Foundation, we are committed to advancing knowledge on the unique benefits of indigenous Indian cows, especially their role in sustainable farming and human health.
Our Research and Development initiatives aim to document and promote the medicinal and nutritional qualities of A2 milk and other cow-derived products.
- Comparative Studies on Milk Quality: Our research focuses on comparing the health benefits of A2 milk from native cows versus A1 milk from non-native breeds. We publish findings on how A2 milk supports better digestion, immunity, and overall health.
- Research on Natural By-Products: We study the medicinal properties of cow dung, urine, and other by-products, exploring their use in natural fertilizers, pesticides, and even traditional medicines.
- Outreach and Publications: Findings from our research are shared with farmers, consumers, and educational institutions to raise awareness about the importance of preserving native breeds and the benefits of cow-based products in organic farming.
-
- Increased awareness of the health benefits of A2 milk and its growing acceptance among health-conscious consumers.
- Support for the preservation of Indian cow breeds, which are essential for maintaining a balanced, organic farming ecosystem.
- Valuable data that empowers local farmers to adopt sustainable practices using native cow resources.
-
Natural Farming for Chemical-Free Produce
Our Natural Farming Project demonstrates the viability of organic agriculture as a scalable, sustainable alternative to chemical-based farming.
With over 40 acres of farmland dedicated to cultivating non-GMO, chemical-free crops, we showcase a model of farming that respects the land and nurtures it for future generations.
- Zero-Chemical Cultivation: We grow a range of crops—rice, vegetables, fruits, and pulses—using only natural fertilizers like compost and cow-based products. This helps maintain soil fertility and minimizes harmful environmental impact.
- Crop Diversity and Soil Health: By rotating crops and using companion planting, we promote soil health, prevent pest infestations, and increase yield quality.
- Seed Preservation and Traditional Varieties: We focus on cultivating traditional seed varieties that are naturally pest-resistant, drought-tolerant, and nutritionally superior, preserving biodiversity in the process.
-
- Provision of fresh, healthy, chemical-free produce to the community, promoting better health and environmental stewardship.
- An increase in soil fertility, which supports sustainable farming for future generations.
- Preservation of traditional crop varieties, which are more resilient and sustainable in organic farming.
-
Community Empowerment and Education Programs
The Community Empowerment and Education Programs at Amruteshwari Foundation are designed to spread the benefits of sustainable agriculture and traditional practices throughout the local community.
We aim to equip farmers, families, and youth with the knowledge and tools to lead healthier, self-sufficient lives.
- Farmer Training Workshops: We organize regular workshops to train farmers on organic farming techniques, natural fertilizer production, and how to integrate cattle with crop farming for maximum productivity.
- Public Awareness Campaigns: Through local events, social media, and outreach programs, we educate the community on the dangers of adulterated food and the benefits of consuming natural, non-GMO produce.
- Youth Engagement Initiatives: We offer hands-on opportunities for young volunteers to learn about traditional farming, eco-friendly practices, and animal care, fostering a new generation of sustainability advocates.
- Support for Small Farmers: We connect small farmers with resources, markets, and technical knowledge, helping them transition to sustainable, low-cost agricultural practices.
- Empowerment of local farmers to adopt cost-effective, sustainable farming methods that improve their livelihoods.
- Increased community awareness of sustainable food practices, creating a shift toward chemical-free products.
- A growing network of individuals who actively contribute to environmental conservation and sustainable food systems.
Production of Traditional Products
One of our unique projects is the creation of traditional, cow-based products that serve both agricultural and household needs.
These products are made following ancient practices and are free from chemicals and synthetic additives, supporting health and environmental well-being.
- A2 Milk and Dairy Products: We produce A2 milk, ghee, butter, curd, and buttermilk from our indigenous cows. These products offer superior health benefits and are widely appreciated for their taste and nutritional value.
- Natural Fertilizers and Pesticides: Products like panchakavya, cow dung cakes, and organic pesticides are created to support organic farming, both within our foundation and for sale to local farmers.
- Specialty Items (Vibhuti, Herbal Powders, and Grandma’s Remedies): Our products include items such as vibhuti (sacred ash), traditionally prepared herbal powders, and other natural remedies that align with Ayurvedic principles.
- Promotion of indigenous products that honor traditional health and wellness practices.
- Generation of sustainable revenue to support our foundation’s core projects.
- Availability of natural, non-adulterated products for consumers looking to improve their health and reduce chemical exposure.
-
Environmental Restoration and Biodiversity
In line with our mission to preserve natural ecosystems, we undertake efforts to restore degraded land and promote biodiversity through careful land management and reforestation.
This project focuses on creating a sustainable, biodiverse habitat that supports both agriculture and wildlife.
- Land Restoration: We convert barren land into productive agricultural plots through organic amendments, composting, and regenerative farming practices.
- Biodiversity Corridors: By planting native trees, shrubs, and grasses, we create habitats that support pollinators, birds, and other wildlife, enriching the local ecosystem.
- Water Conservation Initiatives: Implementing rainwater harvesting and efficient irrigation helps conserve water resources and supports year-round cultivation.
-
- Restoration of soil health and a sustainable increase in agricultural productivity.
- Creation of biodiverse spaces that benefit local flora and fauna.
- Enhanced resilience of our farming systems against climate variability.
